As Chartered Surveyors we produce valuations to the exacting standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Appraisal and Valuation Standards. We have expert knowledge of the commercial property market in our area and access to broad and in depth comparable data to further cement the integrity our advice. In 2011 Drake Commercial became members of the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.
We provide valuations in respect of all types of commercial property and for a range of purposes including:
- Loan security
- Fixed Asset Accounting
- Probate and Capital Gains Tax
- Business Rates
We act for lending institutions, pension fund trustees, companies owning property, developers and investors. We can provide one off valuation reports or periodic updates to earlier valuations (typically useful to our pension fund trustee clients).
