Assignments/Sub Lettings
We act for tenants who wish to dispose of their existing leasehold interests which can be achieved by way of assignment, sub letting or in some cases a surrender of the lease to the landlord.
Acquisitions
We assist occupiers with the acquisition of specific properties. This involves undertaking a market search and an initial appraisal as to availability.We will deal with all subsequent negotiations overseeing the acquisition through to completion.
