Northampton Based International Graphics Company Relocation
Date Posted: 1/10/2009
International graphics and branding company Principle Graphics are strengthening their local presence by relocating to new premises in Northampton. The company which undertakes brand implementation for major retailers worldwide is moving to alternative space on the Round Spinney Industrial Estate from its existing facility at 9a North Portway Close. This property is now available to let through commercial agents Drake Commercial and Budworth Hardcastle.
The building is a detached industrial and warehouse property which also has good quality two storey offices attached, and is situated on a self contained and secure site of 0.697 acres (0.282 hectares). Commenting on behalf of the agents, James Hill of Drake Commercial added,
‘The building has been maintained to a very high standard but will be subject to a short refurbishment programme to include refitted offices. The facility already has some great attributes including a concrete loading yard, 6.2m eaves height, new roof covering and an excellent site coverage. The secure yard and good quality offices give a prestigious feel.’
Principle Graphics have adapted the building to provide extra office/studio space including uPVC double glazed windows around part of the warehouse area giving excellent natural light to the work space. This accommodation will be removed by the landlord if not required by an incoming tenant, but it provides a high quality working environment for those occupiers with a bias for office accommodation but also with a need for storage or production on site.
Full details about this opportunity are available from the agents James Hill at Drake Commercial (01604 620616) or Chris Drummond at Budworth Hardcastle (01604 604070).
