  • We act for a number of major national developers as well as smaller local developers and can contribute throughout the development process.



  • Initial site identification and acquisition; input on planning, land values and market demand; followed by development appraisals on specific design and build schemes, either speculatively constructed or bespoke.



  • ‘Off plan’ pre-sales of freehold units or pre-lets on occupational leases together with advice on forward funding are all within our remit and we can also advise on project management

  • Our two current large scale developments are:-
    • ProLogis Park, Rugby – a 25 acre scheme close to Junction 1 of the M6 motorway. Developers ProLogis can design and build units from 70,000 sq ft upwards but already have planning consent for units of 93,500 sq ft, 119,500 sq ft and 147,000 sq ft.
    • OGEE Business Park, Wellingborough – another 25 acre development where Stepnell Limited can design and build units from 5,000 sq ft – 140,000 sq ft on either a freehold or leasehold basis.
