- Sales/Lettings
We act for landlords/owners of all types of industrial and commercial property and can offer a full agency service on new lettings or freehold disposals. This will include initial valuation advice; marketing proposals; escorted viewings and all the negotiations leading towards the successful letting or sale including liaison with solicitors during the legal process.
- Assignments/Sub Lettings
We also act for existing tenants who wish to dispose of their leasehold interest and this can be achieved by way of assignment, sub letting or in some cases a surrender of the lease to the landlord.
- Acquisitions
We assist occupiers with the acquisition of specific properties, undertake a local market search and initial appraisal as to availability.
- Marketing
We can undertake a full marketing campaign including brochures/agency particulars; press releases; boards; press advertisements; mailshots; website with appropriate links and other marketing initiatives.
- Databases
We have an accurate database of current applicants with whom we can match property requirements and we also have comprehensive up to date lists of all the companies and occupiers on the employment estates.
- Fees
Drake Commercial’s fees are a commission for a completed transaction. We only get paid when the deal is done so be in no doubt we are fully incentivised.
