Tony Drake is a Northampton based Chartered Surveyor specialising in industrial, warehousing, offices and business space. He was with only two firms from 1973 – 1996 before setting up Drake & Partners which expanded rapidly and attracted interest from and subsequently merged with Bidwells in 2003. In January 2008 Tony left to start up again as Drake Commercial.

Over the years Tony has acted for a whole range of clients including major funds and financial institutions, national and international companies, local authorities, developers large and small, and a whole host of local businesses.

Office

You’ll find us at 34 Billing Road, Northampton, NN1 5DQ, a lovely old late Victorian brick building with the proverbial sweeping gravel drive in front. Access to the rear car park is off Billing Road via Palmerston Road.

Tony Drake is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and has been chosen as an Ambassador for Northamptonshire.
