Drake Commercial specialise in the marketing and acquisition of industrial, warehouse, office and business space across Northamptonshire and the wider East Midlands region.
Having established Drake & Partners in 1996 and subsequently merging with Bidwells in 2003, Tony Drake reformed Drake Commercial in 2008 and was latterly joined by Partners James Hill and Nicholas Roberts, both of whom also have extensive knowledge of the local and regional market.
Drake Commercial provide commercial property advice to a wide range of both private and institutional clients including major pension funds and financial institutions, national and private corporate clients, local authorities, as well as developers and landowners.

Previous winner of the RICS Awards for “Service Above and Beyond the Call of Duty” and the Industrial Agents Society (IAS) Award for “Best Deal in Excess of 50,000 sq ft”.

Over ten years experience of working in the commercial property sector in Northamptonshire and the East Midlands. Specialist in disposals and acquisition of industrial and office property with extensive experience in giving investment and development advice, land disposal, master planning as well as valuation and landlord and tenant law advice.
Nicholas Roberts – Partner
25 years experience in the commercial property sector covering the Northamptonshire market. Acting on behalf of both private and institutional clients Nicholas specialises in agency, investment and development work across the industrial/distribution , office and retail sectors.
